This class offers great exercise, helping you to lose weight, and improve your health while learning a useful skill. 

Kickboxing Fitness classes are a fun way to get in shape, and get great exercise just like a real fighter without the concern of sparring. 
This class incorporates many of the exercises and training that fighters use, but none of the actual fighting.  
This class will get you feeling and looking your best.

  • Regardless of your fitness level, we will help you achieve your goals.
  • You do not have to “get in shape” to start!! That’s our job and we’ll take you there.
  • All classes are scaled for all levels. No prior experience is required.
